On December 7th, 2002 Henry joined with thousands of others
to enjoy the Annual "Holiday Lamplighter Tours" at the Kern County Museum.

Festive decorations on the museum grounds and buildings set the mood
for you to celebrate the season in old-fashioned style.
Costumed interpreters share local history with visitors, to the sounds of strolling minstrels,
carolers, bell choirs and more. Nearly 100 old-fashioned lanterns lit the museum grounds
making it a beautiful place to start your holiday celebration.

Activities included: Crafts & Trades of the Past, Handbell Choirs, Strolling Carolers,
Carriage Rides, Tour of the Museum's Historic Vehicle Collection
and Bakersfield-MAFCA's Service Station
